A time warp, dilapidated pub is not always the most obvious site for a stunning dental practice, but we love a challenge at DBI. When long standing customer Ravat and Ray discussed purchasing an old pub in Bolton, we were more than happy to assist. Following in-depth surveys, we produced detailed architectural drawings and elevations of the existing, before creating a stunning new design concept. A complete back to bare brick strip out was required including multiple small buildings works and extensive roof repairs before we could start on the inside. Exposing previously hidden original features was a vital part of this project whilst giving a crisp modern interpretation of them. The Ground floor included a combination of NHS and private waiting areas and surgeries with the 2 upper floors being transformed into a large conference room, administration and directors offices. Stunning decoration and lighting along innovative use of wallstorage systems fully interacted with the contemporary and traditional furnishing to give sumptuous areas as required. A full restoration of the external decorative finishes, new signage and new car parking completed our works.
